Our property offers accessibility for our guests needing additional assistance. Handicap parking is located throughout the property near each mall and department store entrance. Accessible entrances are located at each mall entrance. Accessible restrooms are located at both the Food Court restrooms as well as the family restrooms.

SAFETY & SECURITY
LOST & FOUND
If you misplace an item, visit Lost & Found located in the Mall Management Office, located in the hallway behind Francesca's and across from Today's Male. We retain all lost & found items for 90 days. After this period, items are donated to a local charity. Each store keeps Lost & Found items left inside the store.

FIRST AID
First-aid assistance can be provided at the Mall Management Office. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 and notify Security (352)237-1223. AED devices are located in the Security vehicle, in the Security Office and in the Mall Management Office.
